How I Can Help
Therapy offers a space to slow down and ask yourself what you truly want and need. It can be difficult to hear your inner voice when so many things can get in the way of this— stress and responsibility, painful feelings and experiences, beliefs that hold you back, fear of change.
I will support you in understanding the challenges and suffering that keep you from feeling fulfilled, alive, and free— in relationships, work, creative endeavors, or whatever matters to you most. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, and career/life transitions.
My approach to working together is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I drawn on aspects of acceptance-based, compassion and strengths oriented, and mindfulness modalities alongside my psychodynamic training.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Smith College Graduate School for Social Work and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I also completed a two year Post-Graduate Fellowship at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Program for Psychotherapy outpatient therapy clinic.
I work virtually with individuals in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
I welcome you reaching out.
